November 2020: Faculty Affairs – Faculty Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Updates for Faculty Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion include:

  • Mission Statement for the Faculty DEI sub-committee is nearly approved.
  • Development of training goals for faculty via the use of a Needs Assessment under review by sub-committee and Senior Associate Dean Erik Nelson.
  • Contributing to the overall SPS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
  • Approval to move forward with an Identity and Oppression workshop for faculty.
