With all classes being conducted remotely, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Instructional Support team have been responsible for:
- Formulating guidelines and work processes for Instructional Support with classes going remote
- Collaborating with Online Support to provide support to all classes that have already gone remote
- Support launch of “Zendesk Talks”
