Celebrating National Distance Learning Week 2019

Each year the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) sponsors the National Distance Learning Week (NDLW). The week is intended to highlight distance education and the great work universities and other organizations are doing in support of learners studying at a distance. During the week of November 4 – 8, the Online Curriculum and Instruction team will host three NDLW professional development opportunities to help programs and faculty learn critical aspects of online course design and delivery:

  1. Cultivating Community in Online Courses (Wednesday Webinar)
    Wednesday, November 6 from 12 PM to 1 PM
  2. Getting Started with Digital Accessibility
    Thursday, November 7 from 12 PM to 1:30 PM
  3. Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR) Workshop
    Friday, November 8 from 9 AM to 4:30 PM
